there is a true test to a friendship…a first level of refining that shows the presence or lack of true friendship…this is the process of rebuke. It is as important to be open to rebukes as it is to be loving when you rebuke someone else. I had a friend come to me today and rebuke me about my actions and at times inactions on a shoot. I was in no mood to be rebuked today, esspecially by someone who I technically worked above…but for some reason, God gave me strength to hear him out and while I am not overly excited about accepting the fact that I did something wrong a shoot that I worked very hard on, he had some vaild points. the point is, he is in a much better position to see sides of me that I can’t; am i in a position to accept what he sees?
