I was recently looking for some alternatives to makeing light beams in After Effects and came across these. I made the basic layers in Photoshop CS5 and then animated them in AE…hope you enjoy them as much as I did! Light Beams Photoshop & GIMP Brushes | Obsidian Daw
Another site I found that compares Flickr with Google+….Wanna know who wins? Well, the nice thing si taht this post takes into account the actual costs of investing in something like Flickr Pro versus Google Online Space. Read on… Light Scrape: Flickr vs. Google Plus – what is the deal?
Colby Brown wrote a very indpeth guide to photographers using Google+. You might need a sandwich and a pint before you start reading because you will be there for a while. But by the time you are done, you will be ready to rock and roll! Google+: The Survival Guide for a Photographer’s Paradise v1.2
Great article on wired.com about Everything You Need to Know About Google Plus and Photos Give it a look and let me know what you think…

The key factor is the greatly inhanced interatcion of friends and the community, not to mention the presentation of the images is awesome! I’ve […]
Working with family us generally considered a no-no…but like do many things in life, my sister blows right through that to shine. And after over a year, I am not the only one that will miss her; all 24 employees will be expectantly waiting for her to finish the semester in Colorado!
Had lunch with Jonathan and Justin today at a new place that Jonathan turned me on to called “The Cedars Social”. Probably better known as a Dinner/Night place, the lunch was very tasty and the vibe was super chill. I highly recommend the hotdog…
I love having lunch with Friends…I really don’t need much of an excuse; Birthday, Departure, Day that ends in Y. But the down side is that there are always that one or two people that are awkward at lunch; asking the personal question that is a little too personal. However, recently I have realized how […]

Justin and I shot the Dallas Observer Music Awards video that is now up on You+Dallas!
This is Justin’s entry for the 2010 Texas Monthly “Where I’m From” (in under 5 minutes) short film contest. It is great!
