Had lunch with Jonathan and Justin today at a new place that Jonathan turned me on to called “The Cedars Social”. Probably better known as a Dinner/Night place, the lunch was very tasty and the vibe was super chill. I highly recommend the hotdog…
I stumbled across “A Collection A Day, 2010” project after my wife introduced me to grain edit. The hoarder side of me appreciates any reason to keep vintage junk around. Fortunately, Lisa Congdon, who is an illustrator and fine artist, has a better sense of arrangement and style.
This page has a great example of the magic that makeup/hair artist can render in coordination with wardrobe, composition, etc. It seems that the only consistent theme from photo to photo is the subtle clipping of the head…
This is my sisters photo site! It is a great sample of her photographic skills which are masterful! Several of these pictures are from her school projects and some trips she has been on to Europe. Go Check Her Out!
I don’t know why it took me so long to think about it but here is my updated header image! The Olympic Dailymirror.us!! Kinda ironic that it is based on a water theme and Michael Phelps won all those medals in the water…I’m not saying that I had anything to do with his winning all […]

I have started going through old files and projects from Big Fish and other jobs…finally! I am also putting up episodes of WD and projects that I am currently working on…so check back often in the “Projects” category on the right, under “Pages” ~~~~>
Officer Lozada’s Funeral was at Prestonwood on Friday and was absolutley amazing…The turn out was unbelievable… In case you don’t know how Officer Lozado died, he was involced in a motorcyle accident while escorting Senator Clinton’s motorcade from Dallas to Fort Worth. Here are some pictures.
I just uploaded some new pics of Harley and Hannah…we were at the North Texas Irish Festival this afternoon and stopped by the Border Collie Rescue table. We were able to see all of the amazing people that took care of Hannah and helped her become the newest member of our family!! UPDATE: Here are […]
I have uploaded some new pictures to my Flickr page of Hannah and Harley. Hannah has been with us for almost a month now and has been so much fun. Her personality is so cute in some ways and so miss priss in others! She will do something bad and then give you this look […]
Ok, so we might not get into our kilts at Thanksgiving… but we should!! Actually, I just can’t wait to see my boys (Dad, Drew, and Ian) again. There will be turkey and football etc…but by far the best part will be us jack-spratting around while mom gives us (meaning dad) that look….you know, the […]
So many people have been asking me about photos from the wedding and I have felt really bad because, as is typical with the production business, we went from a slow period to being absolutely slammed just about the time I got back from the honeymoon. So for the time being, I will pass on […]
Found this picture from last year when we went to the North Texas Irish Festival and I just had to brag on my beautiful wife-to-be!!! I am by far the luckiest guy on earth!! It is amazing what a simple smile can do to my heart…
Becky and I having fun at Me-Ma’s Mother’s Day Party…I have got to be the luckiest guy in the world!!!
I just got a Canon 20D off of EBbay and I am super excited about it. I have spent several weeks reseraching and talking to photographers around Dallas. The great thing about the 20D is that it is basically the newest 30D (the sensor is exactly the same) but they have modified the hardware just […]
I have been looking for a Canon 20D camera for a while now and came across this forum on New vs. Refurb EQ. They made some good points. New vs Refurb
I don’t know much about string theory but I am willing to bet this is going to give me a good start!! This is laid out really well too. Why can’t we do cheat sheets like this on more subjects that are jsut as complicated….for example: hydro-electric power generation, solar physics, and the woman. String […]
I took this shot during a shot we were doing in a barber shop. They had a gentleman sitting in the corner shining shoes…
Becky and I have taken our Engagement photos: Literally! We setup a Nikon with a remote trigger (if you look really close you can see it in my hand in one of the pictures) and shot a bunch of pictures….like over 160…so enjoy these few selects! See them here!
I stumbled across this page on Flickr and enjoyed reading over it. If I had all the money I needed and could choose any profession I want, it would probably be photojournalism. There is something about capturing moments in time that speak timelessly that motivates me like few things do. Of course this is kinda […]
