By now I am sure that you have probably heard about Jesse James and his affair with stripper-model Michelle McGee…And I am, admittedly, bias toward Sondra anyway because I lover her as an actress. But for whatever reason, all I could think about when I heard the news wasn’t what an idiot he is but rather how sad I was for her to be hurt for someone who she obviously loved! I am not perfect in any way shape or form and neither is my wife; however, I am so much better because of her! I would never willingly want to go back to being the person I was before I meet her.
And it is easy to sit in judgment of Jesse and say what a jerk he is (though heavier language might be appropriate) but in God’s eyes, “all have sinned and fall short…”. I know that temptation will come but I pray that God will daily give me the strength to follow him in all areas.
