God did something really awesome yesterday. When I got home wed. Evening, I had a notice on my door that I was in violation of my rental agreement because my dog (Harley) was over the 30 pound weight limit. (just a little background info here: Harley is a beagle-black lab mix. While his body size is closer the lab side of things, he is extremely lean.) Now, I have had Harley since he was 2 months old. I really didn’t think he was over 30lbs or if he was it wasn’t much. So I took him to the vet the next morning to find out exactly how much he weight and sure enough He was over 45lbs. Sooooo….knowing that the rule was either get rid of the animal or move out, I started praying. A lot. I went to talk to the Landlady and while at first she was quite adamant about the restriction of 30lbs., in the end, she went to talk to another boss and I was able to stay in my apartment with Harley and the only stipulation was that I have to move out when my lease is up. (Which I was pretty sure I was going to do anyway…..) I am so thankful that God worked what was nothing short of a miracle. He quite literally changed this woman’s heart right in front of me. It was awesome…
