I found this as I was perusing the net looking for a new piece of blog software. the Scribefire plugin wasn’t working for hte longest time…login issues that apparently other people were having as well. Then all of a sudden it started working again…ahh well.

Becky and I in 80 Years October 7
I actually heard about this story when driving to church this morning on NPR; then I found this article. To be totally honest, I am not sure that I would want to be quite that old. I mean, I am kinda hoping that God takes us both before our 80th Wedding Anniversary (I would be 107 yrs old!) But if I am here at 107, I really hope it is with Becky by my side.
Convicted or Convient October 7
I had the chance to hear Lee Strobel (“The Case for Christ”) and he said something that really started me thinking…actually he said alot of stuff that I was thinking about but one thing in particular was the question “Would you be convicted of being a Christian?” If you don’t know anything about Lee, he was the legal editor for the Chicago tribune and a stanch Atheist. But as he began to approach Christianity and investigate it from a secular view and whether there was evidence to support it, God began to do a huge work in his heart. Anyway, he has a law background and that is kind of his mind set. Oops…gotta go…
